Description of Work The work captures a unique blend of the Native American techniques of mosaic inlay with the simple elegance of contemporary design. Each piece is a one of kind, for each stone is hand cut and hand polished. So, no two pieces are identical. A new and fresh look is created with each stone. Stones used are semi-precious and include, but are not limited to, turquoise, onyx, tiger’s eye, jade, malachite, amethyst, hematite, lapis lazuli, rose quartz, larvakite, mother of pearl, lavender mussel shell, jaspers and agates. There is a wide palette of stone color used to create different looks for different people - women as well as men have enjoyed wearing her work here and abroad. |
